semester update
I’m looking forward to my classes this semester: a lecture on the English novel, Modes of Writing (a creative writing class), a research seminar on Film Noir, and personal finance. It also helps that I only have classes three days a week now.
I’ve also started my work study job. My boss is really sweet, and I’ve got a decent amount of hours. I’ve also applied to a second job in the hopes that I can earn a little more money and relevant publishing experience, but I haven’t heard back from that company yet.
Our new flatmate is also great, and the apartment understandably seems a lot more spacious than last semester.
So…and yet…
I’m just in a funk.
